At Ohoy Marrakech, we’re committed to delivering your orders in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your products.

📦 Origin & Carriers

All orders are shipped from our facility in Marrakech, Morocco.

  • For international shipping, we primarily use Aramex and occasionally FedEx, depending on the shipping destination and cost.

  • For domestic shipping within Morocco, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via local couriers.

  • Local pickup is available in Marrakech upon request.

Please note: larger orders may require slightly more handling time.


💸 Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Orders (Morocco):
    Free shipping in Marrakech and for orders over 600 MAD. Orders under 600 MAD will have delivery charges depending on the city.

  • International Orders:
    Rates depend on weight and destination zone. For example, shipping a 1kg package ranges from 330 MAD to 500 MAD.


📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.


🌍 Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT are the responsibility of the customer. These fees may vary depending on your country’s regulations and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistics issues

🏠 Incorrect Address Policy

If you accidentally submitted the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@ohoymarrakech.com or +1 (307) 429-0203.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll correct the address for you.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we cannot redirect it, and any issues will be the customer’s responsibility.
