Using Nila Powder for glowing skin is simple and effective and there is too many ways to use, Here’s some known suggestion to incorporate into your weekly skincare ritual:
As a Face Mask:
In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of Argalista’s Nila Powder with rose water, plain water, or milk to form a smooth paste.
Apply the paste evenly to clean, dry skin on the face and neck.
Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, or until it begins to dry.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
🗓 Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
For Body Brightening:
Mix 2–3 tablespoons of Nila Powder with yogurt, rose water, or milk.
Apply the paste on areas prone to darkness such as underarms, elbows, knees, or inner thighs.
Leave it on for 20–30 minutes, then rinse gently with water and scrub lightly.
